On  School Internship Program Phase -I  the school allotted  the chapter one  Nature and Purpose of Business. From the chapter     I  selected the topic Starting a business – Basic factors for my innovative work, .Innovative, like nova, novel, and novice, comes from the Latin novus, which means new  . Weekly Reflection Of  School Internship Program Week VIII (6/8/2018 - 10/8/2018)                                   In the eighth  week of my school internship program was quite normal. We are so familiar with the school atmosphere but  we will complete the school internship program in the next week itself   . Our allotted portion was almost completed during this week. .We got only three working day in this week. On Tuesday (7/8/18)   motor vehicle strike and on Thursday (9/8/18) the Kollam collector declared holiday due to heavy rain. So I got only 5 periods in plus one in this week. W eekly Reflection of  School Internship Program Week XI(13/8/2018 - 14/8/2018)                           In the last week of my school internship program I got 4 periods.On Monday 3rd period I conducted achievement test in XIC  and on 6th  period  I conducted  MCQ test in XIIC. On Tuesday  in 3rd period I conducted diagnostic test in XIC on the topic Role of Profit in Business and on 6th period   I gave a remed ial teach ing based on  the dia gnostic test in that  classes I expl ained the portion which  the  majority of the students have made mistake with necessary teaching aids . Then I had completed the school Internship Program Phase I on this day.After receiving the reliving letter we the left the school in the evening.

W eekly Reflection of  School Internship Program Week VII (30/7/18 - 3/8/1 8 )                                      In the seventh   week of my school internship program was quite interesting In this week the plus two students have their improvement exam. So we got only classes in Plus one. Weekly Reflection of  School Internship Program W eek VI (23/7/18 - 27/7/18)                  Sixth week of my school internship program was quite interesting. On Monday and Tuesday the school had an inspection from DEO office Kollam. The school conducted the assembly on Thursday with special prayer and pledge. In this week I got total 8 periods .5 periods in plus one and 3 periods as substitution in  XIIC & XIB .On Monday in 2 nd period I taught the topic Secondary Industry using Inquiry Training model the students were actively participated in asking questions. On Tuesday in 5 th period I taught the topic tertiary industry using ICT. Weekly Reflection of  School Internship Program W eek -V (16/7/18- 21/7/18)                   In the 5 th week of school internship program there were two holidays. First one on 16/7/18 (Monday) the district collector declared holiday due to heavy rain and on 19/7/18 (Thursday) an education strike announced by ABVP. For compensating the holidays on Monday the collector announced 21/7/18 will be a regular working day for school as per Monday time table.                                 In this week I got total 8 periods .6 periods in XIC and 2 periods in XIIC as substitution.
