Weekly Reflection Of School Internship Program Phase -II  Weekly -III (19-11-18 to 23-11-18)                                   The third week of school internship program was very interesting and lot of activities are conducted .In this week I got 7 periods .On Thursday our option teacher had observed our class .On the same day I had conducted my conscientization program the vice principal Johnson sir inaugurated the function and the staff secretary Shajudeen Sir has done the switch on function. On Monday  in 3 rd period I taught the topic Maslow’s Need Hierarchy Theory using group investigation Model .I used some pictures to  introduce the topic and provide the group discussion and I used PowerPoint presentation to conclude the topic .In 4 th period I taught the topic incentives using Concept Attainment model I used flash card to introduced the topic and PowerPoint to show the meaning of incentives .Students were able to identify the concept from the positive and

Weekly Reflection of School Internship Program Phase -II  Weekly -II    (12-11-18 To 16-11-18)                                 The second week of my school internship was quite different from last week .I was more adjustable with the school climate .In this week the Children’s Day     was celebrated by the school and conducted special assembly. The school NSS unit conducted an awareness class, quiz program and health walk in accordance with World Diabetes Day. In this week I got 6 periods in XII commerce. On Monday in 3 rd period I taught the topic Importance of supervision using activity. I used charts and activity card to transact the content .On Tuesday   I got two periods in 5 th period I taught the topic supervisor and function of supervisor .It was fully ICT class I used video, PowerPoint Presentation and activity card   to transact   the topic .In 6 th period   I conducted   a debate session ,it provide a realistic   experience to students.                             Weekly Reflection of School Internship Program -II Week -1(05-Nov-2018  to 09-Nov-2018)                                                       As per B.Ed curriculum we had started our Phase -II School Internship Program   on 5 th  November 2018 at Meenakshi Vilasom Government Higher Secondary School. Me, Salini.S and Indhu Chandran was reported in the school at sharp 8.45 AM. The principal give a warm welcome to us. We handover the attendance register .He checked it and instruct up to sign the morning attendance. After signing the register we met the new vice Principal   Johnson Sir .He made necessary seating arrangements in the computer lab and also give the time table. Then we met the subject Co-Ordinator Bindhu Mol Mam She allot the portions and periods. I got the class XII Commerce and assigned the chapter Directing .I discussed the chapter with the concerned subject teacher.  It was a different experience for me.                    In
